This vintage Ruby Red glass plate by Rockwell features a non-tarnish silver overlay with a beautiful rose pattern. Measuring 6 3/4 inches, its three-footed design adds elegance to any collection. This is a plate made by the Rockwell Silver Company. They were based in Meriden, Connecticut and produced glass with silver overlay around 1925-1935.
